Messages are being send by Income Tax Department of Mismatch :

Your e-Filing account has been temporarily disabled due to non-validation of your PAN number by ICAI.

It is requested that you may communicate your valid PAN number with supporting documents to ICAI for further action.

You will be unable to access the relevant functionalities on the e-filing website until we receive communication from ICAI about your valid PAN number.

Please ensure that the Name and Date of birth in ICAI records are matching with the PAN details.

Correction step :-

 

1.  Go to http://online.icai.org/app_forms/panupdate/index.html and correct the name as per PAN .

The above steps requires you to scan and submit documents.

Or

2. If there is a correction pending at Income Tax Database , the the same can be rectified by filing Rectification PAN Card Form.

( It will take 7-15 days for Correction to take Place )

 

As the Last date of filing is 30th September,2016 and there is a very deem chances of extension, therefore it is being advised to take the corrective steps at the earliest.
