Solution to restricted use of email ID for 4 times only on I T E-filing Website.

Now, here is the solution to the problem of restricted use of e-mail id on www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in .An assessee is compulsorily required to get its email ID and password registered. And each email ID can be used for maximum 4 times only. As we all

know its not possible to create too many id’s for our clients and also remember their passwords too. 

But now there is a solution for gmail id users and for only those domain users whose domain admin ignore .(dot) in the email ID.

Suppose, my email ID is cagarwalsolution@gmail.com, then gmail will consider c.agarwalsolution@gmail.com  or c.a.garwalsolution@gmail.co  or c.a.g.a.r.w.a.lsolution@gmail.com as the same ID only. But at the same time ,www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in  will consider all these IDs as different IDs, so you can use each of them 4 times. In this way, we can use same email id for several times.

Disposable Addresses consist of a “base name” and a “keyword” and appear as: [base name]-[keyword]@yahoo.com.
Your account supports one base name and up to 500 keywords are attached to that base name.

Creating a base name

The base name is the first part of your disposable address and will be the same for each of your addresses.
 Important: Make sure you’re happy with your base name before you create it. You only get one per account and it’s not possible to delete a base name once you’ve created it.
  1. Mouse over the Settings menu icon Small gear icon | select Settings.
  2. Click Security.
  3. Click Create base name.
    – If you’ve created a base name, click Add to create additional keywords.
  4. Enter a base name in the pop-up window.Suppose we have created a base name “CASUNIL”
  5. Click Create.
You’ll return to the Security Settings page and your base name will appear to the right of “Disposable Addresses.”

Creating your keyword

You can create up to 500 keywords. The keyword distinguishes each disposable address you create from each other.
For example: With a base name of “CASUNUL,” you could create “[email protected],”  and so on.
  1. Mouse over the Settings menu icon Small gear icon | select Settings.
  2. Click Security.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Enter the keyword in the field next to your base name.
  5. Select the folder where emails addressed to your disposable address will be delivered to.
  6. For emails sent to this address, enable or disable:
    • Apply filters: Personal filters will be used.
    • Use SpamGuard: Spam rules you define will be used.
  7. Make any changes to your “Sending Name.”
  8. Click Save.
The new email address will be added to your Disposable Address list.
So as shown above you can create multiple email id i.e up to 500 with a base name and pan of your client and each id will be shown as under

Further you can redirect/filter all mail received at such disposable id to  specific folder in email.
