Service on board a conveyance originating from India :
The place of supply of services on board a conveyance including vessel, aircraft, train or motor vehicle, shall be the location of the first scheduled point of departure of that conveyance for the journey- section 12(10) of IGST Act.
“Conveyance” includes a vessel, aircraft and a vehicle – section 2(34) of CGST Act.
